My experience as a lawyer in the construction industry with a company in an international group of building development, construction and management companies will enable me to seek cost-effective solutions to resolve construction and engineering disputes in accordance with clients’ wishes. There are few lawyers outside of the large city law firms that have this experience. Having represented a large main contractor for many years my advice will give you the commercial advantage in your contractual negotiations and arrangements.
Disputes are unavoidable in the construction industry and I am used to sorting them out. I have managed major multi-million-pound disputes and for lesser amounts in Mediation, Adjudication and Litigation in the High Court.

If differences cannot be resolved then I will use these dispute resolution procedures. If you wish to try and resolve differences without recourse to Dispute Resolution so as to preserve working relations with your clients and opponents then I will adopt an approach that achieves this aim.
