Construction Disputes and Negotiation of Contracts
Conducting all manner of construction law claims
My experience as a lawyer in the construction industry with a company in an international group of building development, construction and management companies will enable me to seek cost-effective solutions to resolve construction and engineering disputes in accordance with clients’ wishes. There are few lawyers outside of the large city law firms that have this experience. Having represented a large main contractor for many years my advice will give you the commercial advantage in your contractual negotiations and arrangements.
Disputes are unavoidable in the construction industry and I am used to sorting them out. I have managed major multi-million-pound disputes and for lesser amounts in Mediation, Adjudication and Litigation in the High Court.
