I am one of the UK’s most experienced Construction Law barristers with an extensive experience gained from acting as both “in-house” legal counsel and in private practice.
As a Construction Lawyer and practising Barrister, I have considerable experience of the Technology and Construction Court in the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice for administering your court proceedings and of the offices of city law firms in dealing with negotiations of your contracts with them. I spent more than ten years as Legal Counsel with Bovis Lend Lease a construction and project management multi-national where I advised on and negotiated every type of construction contract and represented the company on major projects and disputes including multi-million-pound construction litigation.
